Work directly with founders to drive operations, customer success, GTM, and special projects. Oversee onboarding and account health for key clients, run cross-functional launches and partnerships, automate workflows using AI, and fill operational gaps to ensure customer value and company growth.

The current ad market sucks. At Polynomic, we’re reimagining performance marketing from the ground up. We believe that ads, in various new forms, will continue to be the primary business model of the internet and the backbone of growth in commerce. Yet performance marketing today is heavily dependent on outdated playbooks, guesswork, manual effort. We believe that brands shouldn’t have to throw spaghetti at the wall and hope to get lucky to find growth. We are at an inflection point with AI and have a unique opportunity to make ads more efficient and profitable for brands through our agentic platform.

We are building autonomous, intelligent systems where brands can plug in and find the most profitable ways to grow their revenue through ads, instead of having to hire expensive agencies or spend countless hours optimizing ad campaigns.

Polynomic was founded by Madhav (ex Google Ads, Citadel, HBS, Harvard) and Nathan (ex Google Research, HBS, Stanford CS). Madhav launched a new AI ads product (0 -> $675M ARR) at Google, and Nathan launched Google’s first transformer model in production. Our team comes from Palantir, Google, Jane Street, Citadel, and Two Sigma. We’re a well-funded seed stage startup backed by top VCs and angel investors and already have multiple high-growth consumer brands as paying customers.

Role:

As Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with the founders to drive and execute on the most important business challenges across the company - from customer success to GTM to operations.

What you'll do:

  • Lead customer success operations: oversee onboarding, implementation, and account health for key clients, stepping in directly when needed to ensure white-glove service

  • Own operations and special projects end-to-end: events, partnerships, launches, announcements, case studies, hiring coordination, and whatever else the business needs

  • Lean heavily on AI to automate and replace manual workflows wherever they slow you down.

  • Champion a culture of customer obsession and operational excellence across the team

  • Fill gaps - do whatever it takes to help Polynomic and our customers succeed, even when it doesn't fit neatly into a job description

Preferred Experience:

  • Exceptional talent shows up in a lot of forms. You've demonstrated unusually strong ability and pace through your previous experience

  • You've started your own company before or worked in a high performance environment in banking, consulting, investing, high growth startups, ad agencies for at least 4 years

  • You are extremely organized, have a bias to action, and thrive in ambiguity

  • You are a great communicator, and show up as warm and competent in both writing and verbally

  • You have a quantitative aptitude, are very comfortable with SQL and analyzing data

  • You are AI-native, use AI to create leverage in your own workflows, and are very comfortable with data

  • You obsess over the details and care deeply about delivering value to customers

  • You care about the problem of running efficient digital ads and recognize their impact on global commerce

This is an in-person opportunity in New York.

Compensation:

  • $150k-$200k + above-market equity

  • 401k, fully funded medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Relocation support to move to NYC
