Role Overview
As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will act as a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to the CEO, driving alignment and execution across all facets of the business. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage high-impact initiatives, and ensure the CEO’s time is leveraged effectively. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Advisory
Serve as a sounding board for the CEO, providing data-driven insights, recommendations, and critical feedback on strategic decisions.
Help define and prioritize the company’s long-term objectives and major initiatives.
Project Management & Execution
Lead and/or coordinate high-impact projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to remove bottlenecks and maintain momentum on key initiatives.
Operational Efficiency
Develop and refine processes that optimize the CEO’s time, including meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups.
Track organizational performance metrics, assessing progress toward strategic goals and identifying areas for improvement.
Executive Communication & Alignment
Prepare presentations, board materials, and executive summaries to communicate strategic priorities internally and externally.
Align stakeholders across departments, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, and timelines.
Relationship Management
Represent the CEO’s office in interactions with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
Build trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization to drive alignment and engagement.
Qualifications
Experience & Background
3+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or in a similarly demanding strategic/operations role.
Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects with competing priorities under tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus.

Project Management: Demonstrated success in planning and executing cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.

Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable leveraging data and analytics for sound decision-making; proficiency in SQL or BI tools is a plus.
