About Introw
Introw is the #1 AI-native partner management platform. We are growing 5x year over year, signing multi-year enterprise contracts with some of the biggest logos in B2B SaaS, like Adyen, Factorial & Huntress. We raised $3M led by Visionaries VC, we serve hundreds of companies worldwide, and we hold a 4.9/5 rating across 100s of reviews.
We run inside HubSpot and Salesforce, so partner teams manage their whole program without leaving the CRM, and their partners work where they already are: Slack, Teams, email, and AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT. Globally leading companies run partnerships, their best-performing channel, on Introw.
Partnerships is a people business. The best partner leaders learn from each other, share what works, and show up for each other.
Now we want a storyteller and community builder to make Introw the place where that happens. This is not a “post three times a week” role. You will find the stories worth telling, build a community partner pros actually want to be part of, and use every growth hack in the book to get both in front of the right people.
If you love hypergrowth, building a community from scratch and articulating a narrative (in a fun way), keep on reading!
Tasks
As our storyteller and community manager, you own how the partnership world gets to know Introw:
* Build out our community from scratch: partnership managers want to connect with each other. You will make that happen.
* Own our newsletter and grow it into the must-read for partnership professionals: the trends, stories and voices shaping partnerships, in one place.
* Map the influencers and thought leaders in partnerships, build real relationships with them, and turn them into friends of Introw.
* Run PR, partner and influencer marketing: co-created content, podcasts, guest sessions, media coverage, and campaigns that put Introw in front of new audiences.
* Stay close to what’s trending in partnerships and join the conversations with industry voices, creators and peers.
* Make our meetups, roundtables, webinars, and event moments bigger, better, and more memorable.
* Run growth experiments to grow brand awareness and pipeline: viral loops, community-led campaigns, and the hacks nobody tried yet.
* Track what works, kill what doesn’t, and double down on what grows.
* Work shoulder to shoulder with marketing, product, sales, and customer success to turn community energy into pipeline.
Requirements
You’re an A-player. You want your fingerprints on a category-defining brand, and a mediocre bar bores you. The following should be how your friends describe you:
* A natural storyteller. You spot the hooks that grab people’s attention and craft stories that inspire.
* A community builder. You’ve grown a community, a group, or an audience before, and you know it starts with giving, not asking.
* A strategist who executes. You can write the community plan and you’re the first one to roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
* An optimizer. You look at what’s already running and see how to make it twice as good.
* A connector. You love reaching out to people you don’t know yet, and influencers reply to you.
* A growth hacker. Scrappy, creative, and fast. You’d rather run ten small experiments than write one big plan.
* 3+ years in marketing, community, PR, or partnerships, ideally in B2B SaaS. We care about the bar you hold more than years on paper.
* A people person. You love events, real conversations, and getting strangers to talk to each other.
* Analytical enough. You know your numbers and let the data tell you what to do next.
* Keen to learn agentic workflows and use AI to do in a day what used to take a week.
* Excellent written English. Dutch or French is a plus.
Nice to have:
* A strong network in the partnerships, channel, or B2B SaaS space.
* Experience growing a newsletter or running PR, influencer or creator programs.
* Familiarity with partnerships, channel sales, or CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Benefits
How we work: we are a small, senior team that plays to win and hires A-players who want real ownership.
* You own your area. High trust, high autonomy, no hand-holding.
* Craft is the point. We sweat the details and hold a high bar.
* We move fast. Decisions in hours, not weeks.
* We are ambitious. We are here to win the category globally, growing 4 to 5x a year.
What you get:
* A Macbook and iPhone, fully set up for you.
* Fully paid phone subscription.
* Healthcare plan.
* Mobility budget.
* Meal vouchers.
* Introw merch.
* Regular team drinks and events, plus global travel to industry events.
* A real seat at a fast growing, well-funded, globally winning company where your work ships and gets seen.
* Optional: Equity
