As a claims transformation Domain Lead, you will have ownership to create, shape, and own the digital vision and roadmap for a key capability across the claims lifecycle; prioritizing for customer impact and business value to deliver Chubb’s claims solutions digitally. You'll directly manage stakeholder expectations, leading the journey to success, and overseeing the roadmap and vision for all teams under your purview, prioritizing for business impact. This is a highly influential role and one in which you'll play an instrumental role in influencing and guiding your stakeholders as well as your teams towards a single vision.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with claims transformation leadership to drive enhancements across key capabilities across the claims ecosystem​.

  • Continuously identify and craft new and sophisticated ways of transforming the claims experience to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the claim lifecycle.

  • Partner with stakeholders across data, technology and claims to build out a future state vision for a key component of the claims process and deliver a plan to deliver on key objectives.

  • Partner with other domains to build capabilities and tools that improve the seamless digital customer experience to deliver Chubb’s breadth of claim capabilities to agents and customers.

  • Set overall domain mission, vision, and goals through collaboration with SME’s and business stakeholders.

  • Adhere to the budget set by claims transformation leadership and guide the overall direction of the domain including strategic decision-making, resource allocation across pods, upholding quality standards.

  • Act as a Liaison with the rest of the organization, managing expectations with all stakeholders.

  • Manage dependencies and remove any business blocks across pods within the domain or across domains.

  • Investigate and stay current on external trends within the insurance industry. 

  • Advocate for the customer and bring design thinking into the customer journeys for which they are responsible.

 

Qualifications
  • Background in Strategy, Transformation, Finance, or General Business
  • Ability to influence short-and long-term business strategies.
  • Track record of embracing change and successfully leading teams during times of significant change.
  • The candidate must be able to establish an environment that leverages diverse perspectives and engages all members of the team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate information and interact positively with a diverse group of people across many levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions, concentrating on high priority issues as needed and in a timely manner. 
    Combine both deep business and technology knowledge leadership and influencing skills to persuade stakeholders and team towards a vision
  • Agile: Adaptable, flexible, and decisive – ability to adjust to changing priorities and demands
  • Effective negotiator and influencer to persuade stakeholders with a fact base and customer feedback.

The pay range for the role is $180,000 to $275,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
