Position Summary:

At Metropolitan Commercial Bank (MCB), we provide specialized banking services for EB-5 investments, combining our deep industry expertise with tailored financial products. Our commitment is to ensure a smooth, secure, and efficient journey from initial investment to project completion. The Client Associate role is a key addition to our established and thriving EB-5 Team. responsible for managing the Bank’s robust EB-5 vertical. This role will cover numerous administrative components, along with an emphasis on reviewing, tracking, filing, and processing various requests pertaining to accounts and servicing for EB-5 offerings. Additionally, the Client Associate would be fully integrated with the EB-5 Team’s portfolio, where daily communication interaction with clients will occur.

The Client Associate will report into the Group Director

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Focus on client services and incoming client requests
  • Proactively meet client needs and facilitation of requests
  • Review client disbursement requests to ensure that proper USCIS triggers have been met
  • Serve as Escrow Agent on escrow disbursements
  • Onboard new clients onto the core banking systems
  • Perform client maintenance as requested
  • Collaborate with EB-5 team along with various internal departments to accommodate client requests

Required knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite products and appetite to learn core database management programs
  • Strong team player with desire to develop
  • Extremely detailed and task-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task, work at speed to meet challenging deadlines, while maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; work collaboratively and with integrity with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion.

Potential Salary: $65,000- $75,000 annually

This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits, bonus, or incentive pay. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
