Moda Operandi is seeking a Client Development Assistant to join our growing team! The Client Development Assistant will be responsible for supporting Private Client acquisition and growth strategies for targeted customer segments within Moda Private, enabling Private Client Advisors to cultivate, develop, and strengthen relationships with their customers. This role, which requires an exceptionally high level of organization, will be filled by someone who will help the team execute the highest level of client engagement and utilize a strategic, organized, and detailed approach to the maintenance and development of the Private Client program.

Position Requirements include:

  • Support and assist in coordinating all Client Development-specific initiatives
    (e.g., client activations - virtual & in-person, gifting, seasonal initiatives such as fashion week experiences, client book management)
  • Lead Private Client acquisition. Monitor new and existing client behaviors to identify and assign new client segments aligned with Moda Private's core competencies, and support the Concierge acquisition initiatives
  • Leverage reporting to ensure the PCA team is achieving overall Client Development KPIs
  • Track performance of new client assignments to ensure proper client onboarding and conversion
  • Execute client segmentation initiatives through the distribution of targeted client lists
  • Perform detailed analyses of Client Development initiatives and deliver findings to Client Development Leadership
  • Steward top client details and data with discretion to ensure personalized and detailed support

 Qualification/Ideal Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant experience required
  • Luxury retail fashion experience preferred
  • Understanding of Luxury Service and Product
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Motivated and results-driven
  • Experience with POS or CRM system management 
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Promotes and provides a collaborative environment for PCA / Client Development Team
  • Experience with Looker, Google Analytics, or similar data reporting system

Job Type: Fully remote

Salary: $20 - $29 per hour + Discretionary Bonus
