This role focuses on winning new logos, co-selling with our partner ecosystem (including Microsoft), and owning territory development to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. You'll work closely with Sales Engineering and Customer Success to deliver outcome-driven cybersecurity solutions that help customers stay ahead of evolving threats.
What You'll Do:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in B2B enterprise sales, selling complex technology or services solutions.
  • A proven track record of generating pipeline and closing deals in a channel-driven sales model, working closely with strategic partners.
  • Expertise across the full sales process and proficiency with structured qualification methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • A demonstrated ability to build and grow a healthy pipeline through direct outbound efforts and joint partner activities.
  • Exceptional listening, storytelling, and proposal-creation skills, with the ability to communicate value to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • A resilient, persuasive, and outcome-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to Have:
  • Cybersecurity sales experience or strong familiarity with the security landscape, including SIEM, MSSP/MDR, SOC-as-a-Service, and enterprise security operating models.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft security solutions, including Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft E3/E5 licensing models.
  • Existing relationships with, and success alongside, the Microsoft sales organization and partner-driven sales models.
  • Formal third-party sales training (e.g. Challenger, Richardson, Sandler).
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional sales experience.
Why BlueVoyant?
  • Take ownership of a territory and build it your way, with the autonomy and influence of an entrepreneurial seller rather than a rigid playbook.
  • Sell market-leading, Microsoft-aligned cybersecurity solutions alongside a strong partner ecosystem and expert Sales Engineering and Customer Success teams.

  • Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, with support for wellbeing, development, and career growth
