As the Client Experience Coordinator, you will have a strong background in customer engagement, you will drive enrollment success, and have a direct impact on the experience of our families. Your dedication to providing exceptional service, fostering a welcoming environment, and ensuring smooth operations will contribute to our mission of creating a positive and enriching school experience for children and their families.

As the Client Experience Coordinator, you will:

  • Maintain a welcoming environment at the front desk during drop-off and pick-up, ensuring all families, team members, and guests feel a sense of belonging.
  • Educate prospective families about the NY Kids Club & NY Preschool experience through comprehensive knowledge of our programming, and a visible passion for our brand.
  • Collaborate with the Director to enroll new children and develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives, including but not limited to: community outreach calls, marketing emails, networking on and off site.
  • Collaborate with the Director to manage all aspects of the daily operations of the center.
  • Guide new and current families through the enrollment process, including creating and sending contracts, welcome packets, and enrollment paperwork. Ensure completion of enrollment paperwork to meet compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate "moments of magic" for families, facilitating an exceptional level of hospitality.
  • Set up families on our communication platform to facilitate ongoing communication with teachers.
  • Maintain knowledge of all center operating systems and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support and/or oversee inventory management and ordering of center supplies, classroom supplies, and marketing supplies.

Key skills include:

  • Sales & Customer Service: Skilled in persuasive communication, building trust with families, handling objections, and promoting programs.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal/written communication, active listening, and public speaking for tours and consultations.
  • Organization & Time Management: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track leads, and maintain structured follow-up systems.
  • CRM & Data Management: Proficient with CRM tools, data analysis, and enrollment reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: Confident decision-maker who can address parent concerns and guide families through the enrollment process.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Works effectively with cross-functional teams including directors, teachers, and marketing staff.
    Event & Marketing Support: Supports open houses and outreach events; understands basic marketing strategies.
  • Financial & Administrative Skills: Knowledgeable in tuition structures, payment plans, and accurate handling of enrollment agreements.

Requirements

Pay rate based on experience ranging from $23.00 - $25.00 hourly with the potential for bonus structure

Physical Demands:

The role involves standing, walking, sitting, constant movement, and occasional climbing. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is required. Specific sensory abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus.
