By turning months of manual processes into minutes with our AI-powered marketplace, we help protect communities, save taxpayer dollars, and strengthen the industries that keep America running.

We've raised $18M to date, and are backed by Y Combinator, Initialized Capital, Infinity Ventures, FJ Labs, and other leading investors.

In this role, you will
  • Maintain operational accuracy and visibility — update and manage trackers, spreadsheets, and internal systems to ensure deal status, documentation, and timelines are always current.

  • Problem-solve and exercise judgment — identify issues, gather missing information, resolve straightforward requests efficiently, and escalate when needed to keep deals moving.

  • Operate with speed and precision — manage multiple active transactions at once while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.

  • Internal Collaboration — own the operational coordination between clients, Sales, and Engineering to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and accurately.

  • Support users in navigating the product — help buyers and sellers understand how to use the Garage platform and complete required actions smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who
  • Is confident navigating spreadsheets, trackers, and multiple data sources with the ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly.

  • Skilled at engaging with customers and building trust through clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism.

  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple active requests and deadlines efficiently.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, customer-facing, or analytical roles.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle client concerns professionally via phone and email.

Nice to have
  • Proficient with ticketing and project management tools (e.g., Pylon, Notion) to manage tasks, workflows, and client requests

  • Experience operating in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.

What we offer
  • Competitive salary and stock options

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and all your dependents

  • Enjoy daily catered lunches at our New York City office

  • Unlimited paid time off every year

  • $100 / month wellness stipend

  • Bi-annual team offsite

  • Opportunity to modernize one of the largest, most outdated marketplaces
