Intradiem is reinventing customer service for everyone by helping organizations connect people, technology, and real-time action to create more agile operations and more human experiences.

Who We Are
Intradiem is the leader in Dynamic Workforce Orchestration. We help organizations create service agility by connecting people, technology, and real-time data to improve customer experiences and support employees. We believe automation should empower humans, not replace them.

What We Do
Our platform turns real-time insights into real-time action. By orchestrating work across customer service teams, we help organizations break down silos, adapt instantly to changing demand, and operate more efficiently without losing the human touch which is essential to customer service.

How We Work
We solve real operational problems alongside our customers. Our approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on outcomes. We listen first, build with purpose, and create technology solutions that work in the real world.

Our Culture
We’re proud to be a people-first company. We treat employees with trust, respect, and flexibility because great customer experiences start with supported teams. We move fast, collaborate closely, and believe the best ideas come from empowered people working together.

Our Values

We encourage our employees to contribute time and energy to causes that help improve the people and communities in which they live and work. We are guided by three core values:

Servant's Heart—We believe in caring enough about other people to understand what their problems are and placing the needs of colleagues, customers, and others over personal objectives.

Craftsman's Attitude—We believe in taking pride in the work we do and creating solutions that actually solve the problem at hand (and trying again if the first attempt doesn't do the trick).

Growth Mindset—We believe that progress comes from curiosity, openness, and perseverance. We welcome feedback, embrace change, and push beyond comfort zones to unlock new potential for ourselves, our teams, and our customers.

Applications are reviewed and evaluated by our People Team and hiring managers, ensuring our People-First approach is reflected in every step of our candidate experience.

About the Role

The Client Partner is a senior, quota-carrying sales role responsible for forming peer-level executive relationships with senior operations and technology leaders, most often a Chief Operating Officer or SVP of Operations, within Intradiem's targeted Net New Logo enterprise accounts.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Client Partner leads a dedicated executive buyer's journey for full-suite Dynamic Workforce Orchestration (DWO) opportunities: engagements that span both front office and back office solutions within a single scope. This role exists to elevate every conversation to the senior executive level, sell the value of Intradiem's DWO Operational Assessment, and gain control of the sales cycle from first executive contact through close.

The Client Partner is expected to engage the way a senior partner from a top-tier management consulting or advisory firm, such as McKinsey or Deloitte, would engage: leading with researched, account-specific insight rather than a product pitch, bringing benchmark data and a clear point of view into the first conversation, and being judged on the rigor of the business case and recommendation as much as on the sale itself.

Key Responsibilities

  • Form peer-level executive relationships with senior operations and technology leaders, most often a Chief Operating Officer or SVP of Operations, within Intradiem's targeted Net New Logo enterprise accounts, leading the executive buyer's journey for full suite Dynamic Workforce Orchestration (DWO) opportunities spanning front office and back office solutions.
  • Elevate every conversation to the senior executive level and gain control of the sales cycle from first executive contact through close, engaging with the rigor of a senior partner from a top-tier management consulting or advisory firm rather than a product seller.
  • Gain VITO engagement at 30 to 50 target accounts through a coordinated multi-touch outreach plan with marketing, GTM engineering, and the outbound team, arriving at every first conversation with researched benchmarks, a point of view on the executive's likely priorities, and a specific hypothesis about where value is being left on the table.
  • Sell the value of Intradiem's DWO Operational Assessment and gain signed agreement, positioning its business case, guarantee, and time to value to secure executive commitment.
  • Run the Operational Assessment engagement with the discipline of a management consulting project: clear workstreams, an executive checkpoint cadence, and polished, data-driven deliverables.
  • Broker the introduction between the client's senior executive sponsor and Intradiem's own executive sponsor (CRO or CEO), aligning on assessment objectives, the client's mobilized team, and timing.
  • Deliver the Operational Assessment findings alongside Intradiem's consulting team, presenting baseline alignment, business case, risk assessment, cash flow analysis, key recommendations, and solution roadmap.
  • Gain agreement on next steps and communication cadence, then engage Intradiem's Account Executive, Solutions Consultant, and pre-sales team for proposal, demonstration, and contract activities.
  • Own the opportunity through close as the senior relationship owner through proposal, negotiation, and signature, staying engaged after the sale to protect the relationship and identify expansion.
  • Participate in a coordinated prospecting cadence alongside marketing, GTM engineering, and cold outreach to keep the target account pipeline moving.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to C-suite and senior executive buyers within large enterprise accounts, with a demonstrated track record owning $10 million or larger account relationships and building $5 to $10 million or more in new business annually.
  • Experience selling workforce management, contact center technology, business process outsourcing, or enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to prospect and client sites as needed.
  • Proven ability to gain access to and build trust with senior operations executives, including Chief Operating Officers, leading consultative, value-based sales conversations at that level with genuine empathy for the executive's priorities and pressures.
  • Experience partnering with consulting or professional services teams to deliver assessment-based or diagnostic-led sales engagements; prior experience in management consulting, strategy advisory, or a comparable client-facing advisory role (for example, McKinsey, Deloitte, Accenture Strategy, or a similar firm) is a strong plus, as is a demonstrated ability to sell and engage in that same insight-led, challenger style.
  • Strong executive presence and gravitas, with the ability to represent Intradiem as a peer-level partner to a prospect's leadership team.
  • Strong financial and business acumen: comfortable building and personally defending a rigorous ROI and business case, including payback period and cost-to-serve impact, in front of a CFO-level audience.
  • Intellectually curious and strategic, with structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving that translates a messy operational picture into a clear diagnosis, a small number of prioritized recommendations, and a defensible roadmap for where to start.
  • Executive-caliber written and verbal communication, able to build and deliver a polished, insight-led executive presentation that leads with the conclusion rather than the feature list.
  • A trusted-advisor mindset that prioritizes the client's outcome over the immediate sale, including the willingness to be direct with an executive when the data warrants it.
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed environment, coordinating internal Account Executive, Solutions Consultant, marketing, and delivery resources around a single opportunity.
  • Resourceful and resilient, with the grit to navigate long, complex executive sales cycles and keep stalled deals moving forward.

Work Authorization:

Candidates must have the legal right to work in the country where the role is based at the time of application. Verification of identity and employment eligibility will be required during onboarding.
