As a Client Services Manager, you’ll be the trusted advisor to a portfolio of agencies and their clients. You’ll drive account growth through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, and strategic counsel on TV buying and optimization. This is a fast paced environment and requires a way of working that is agile and flexible. 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact and strategic advisor to agency + client partners
  • Partner weekly with Media Buying to scale TV campaigns and troubleshoot performance issues
  • Master Tatari's platform and leverage internal experts (Engineering, Data Science, etc.) to prioritize and solve client problems
  • Synthesize campaign performance data into clear, actionable optimization recommendations
  • Present weekly performance reviews and strategic narratives that drive client expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key agency stakeholders (up to 10% travel)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration preferred)
  • 2+ years in post-sales account management or client success
  • Strong grasp of linear and streaming TV landscape
  • Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills—ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and meeting-prepared
  • Comfort bridging conversations across engineering and marketing teams
  • AI forward – you embrace AI for process and productivity
  • Bonus: understanding of digital marketing (i.e. SEM, FB), experience with programmatic buying, advanced Excel and data visualization skills
  • Curiosity and desire to learn, with particular emphasis for AI
