Reporting directly to the SVP Client Services (SVP CS); the Strategy Lead serves as a high-impact operational partner and strategic driver for the SVP CS and the broader Client Services leadership team. Positioned at the center of strategy and execution, this role focuses on supporting the SVP CS and broader organization in shaping, structuring, and executing our long-term Client Services Strategy, leading complex cross-functional initiatives. This role also supports the SVP CS in creating executive and team presentations, delivering critical executive and Board-level materials, and managing our overall Client Services transformation plan.

If you are an ambitious, structured thinker with exceptional program management skills, a strategic and growth mindset, a bias for action, and willingness to roll up your sleeves then this role offers direct exposure to executive decision-making and organizational transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Partner closely with the Client Service leadership team to translate high-level vision into actionable multi-year roadmaps and operational plans for the Client Services Strategy.

  • Own and manage the overall Client Services transformation plan, driving complex, multi-faceted initiatives across the organization and tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes against plan.
  • Develop clear project architecture—charters, milestone tracking, risk mitigation strategies, decision logs, and retrospectives.
  • Facilitate strategic alignment across key business partners, including Finance, Legal, Marketing, IT, Sales and Product & Engineering.
  • Execute discrete strategic research, competitive benchmarking, and process design initiatives to evaluate and solve complex organizational challenges.
  • Synthesize raw data, market trends, and organizational sentiment into concise, executive-ready memos and recommendations.
  • Act as an agile problem-solver, stepping in to lead high-priority, sometimes special and emerging projects as strategic needs evolve.

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in strategic program management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a business operations role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)—with proven ability to create visually compelling, executive-ready presentations and financial/operational data models.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of framing complex ideas simply for executive audiences.
  • Superior organizational skills, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and executive presence when dealing with confidential and high-stakes matters.

Preferred

  • Advanced skills leveraging Claude or other generative AI platforms to streamline research, analysis, and strategic content creation.
