Recruiting experts involves using our internal network and external channels like social media, meticulously reviewing professional profiles, reaching out to potential experts, and strategically matching them to specific project requirements.

  • Project Performance Tracking: Monitor client and expert feedback on interviews to 1) drive successful research for our clients and 2) ensure our network has only high-quality, engaged experts.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share insights from client and expert interactions to help product and engineering teams continuously refine the Office Hours online platform. Your frontline experience will provide critical input for user experience improvements.

This role demands strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving projects.

You could still be the right candidate for this or other roles at Office Hours!
