As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be a strategic partner to our clients, helping them maximize the value of our partnership while driving engagement, satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth. Serving as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle, you’ll build trusted relationships, provide proactive guidance and tailored recommendations, and collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless client experience. You’ll also support successful onboarding and field adoption through training, resources, and ongoing reinforcement. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and strategic thinker who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and helping clients achieve lasting success.

Responsibilities:

Client Retention and Growth

  • Develop a deep understanding of client goals and evolving needs, using regular engagement, performance reviews, and proactive solutions to drive satisfaction and retention

  • Identify and lead opportunities for account growth, renewals, program expansion, and increased utilization through targeted B2B2C marketing and adoption strategies

Contract and Financial Management

  • Manage client contracts throughout the partnership, including program and financial requirements, renewals, amendments, extensions, and compliance with contractual obligations

  • Coordinate billing and invoicing requirements with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of financial commitments

Reporting and Performance Monitoring

  • Deliver regular client reporting, executive summaries, progress updates, and year-end reviews that clearly communicate program performance and results

  • Monitor KPIs and utilization trends, translating performance data into actionable insights and recommendations that strengthen client outcomes

Support and Strategic Engagement

  • Lead strategic client engagement from implementation through ongoing operations, including client meetings, site expansions, program add-ons, and seasonal program launches and renewals

  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, field leadership, and internal teams to evaluate opportunities, strengthen field adoption, address client feedback, and support long-term partnership growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, education, or related field or equivalent professional experience

  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, customer success, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role

  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and manage complex client portfolios

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Experience interpreting business metrics and translating data into actionable client recommendations

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive collaborative solutions
