Who We Are

We’re an experiential marketing agency that specializes in creating dynamic brand experiences that make an impact. We believe these experiences are important moments that can happen anywhere — onsite at an event, online, on a billboard, or across any other channel of a campaign. Audiences are overwhelmed with brands competing for their attention, so it takes true expertise to break through and turn those moments into experiences. That’s where we come in.

As an employee-owned agency, we’re fueled by curiosity, creativity, and a drive to help brands break through in meaningful, memorable ways. We believe in being great, doing good, and having fun while delivering bold, results-driven, award-winning work. With offices in the SF Bay Area, New York, and Chicago, our client partners include some of the most recognizable brands in the world. More than just vendors, we’re strategic allies and production-born experts who help brands own every moment — wherever they take place.

The Role

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting one or more of our Vice Presidents of Client Success. You’ll work across all facets of client management and the sales cycle, helping nurture existing client relationships while contributing to prospective opportunities. Acting as a trusted advocate for clients, you’ll partner closely with internal teams to bring projects to life, ensure processes are followed, and deliver programs that exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client needs, ensuring projects and programs run smoothly
  • Establish project requirements, priorities, and timelines, tracking progress and deliverables
  • Document and share meeting notes, including action items and next steps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones and manage vendor/partner relationships
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and ensure coordination of program deliverables
  • Maintain project documentation, financial tracking, and regular status updates
  • Support financial processes, including budget reviews and invoicing
  • Contribute to both internal and client-facing post-project reviews
  • Schedule and drive regular meetings with managers and account teams, providing timely reporting and feedback
  • Archive all project elements in alignment with established procedures
  • Support special projects as requested by leadership

What Success Looks Like

  • You deliver projects on time, within budget, and with seamless communication across stakeholders
  • Your clients feel supported, engaged, and confident in your ability to anticipate and address their needs
  • You strengthen internal collaboration by keeping teams aligned, informed, and focused on outcomes
  • Your attention to detail ensures financial processes (budget reviews, invoicing, and compliance) run smoothly
  • You drive continuous improvement by capturing insights during post-project reviews and applying them to future work

You’ll Thrive If You…

  • Bring strong project management and organizational skills to keep complex programs moving forward
  • Communicate with clarity and confidence at all levels, internally and externally
  • Excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams and guiding them toward success
  • Have an eye for process improvement and innovation
  • Are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences

At Invision, this role isn’t about checking boxes. It’s about creating momentum - for our clients, our teams, and the agency as a whole.
