The Client Success Manager will be a trusted advisor to their client portfolio and needs to understand the client’s strategic goal to develop opportunities. Focusing on developing long term partnerships and relationships, the Client Success Manager will form a direct relationship and provide the client with timely value propositions, guiding and advising the clients to an integrated status through consultative selling. Identify opportunities and a deep understanding of our offering. Confidence in selling appropriate service and solutions to help client deliver company goals. A Client Success Manager will communicate well with all levels and articulate the “Voice of the Customer” clearly within the Navan business.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong, multi-level client relationships across key stakeholder group
- Support achievement of company goals by expanding client engagement, driving member adoption, and generating leads for new business opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic travel cost management plans aligned with client and company objectives
- Continuously review opportunities and performance metrics with a focus on cost savings, value realization, and return on investment
- Drive client compliance, retention, and growth through proactive account management
- Manage and administer commercial models, ensuring clear understanding and effective application of contractual frameworks
- Design and implement client-focused solutions that address business needs and enhance service delivery
- Introduce innovative solutions and process improvements to drive operational efficiency
- Ensure service delivery is aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and broader business plans
What We’re Looking For:

- Industry knowledge and experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- 7-10 years in Account Management/Customer Success
For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
