Who We Are:
Interra Health is a fast-growing healthcare technology company transforming how providers and patients navigate the prescription journey. Formed through the merger of DoseSpot, Arrive Health, and pVerify, Interra Health delivers trusted eligibility, real-time coverage and pricing insights, prescribing tools, and pharmacy transparency at the point of care—helping providers make informed decisions and patients access the right medications with greater clarity and affordability. Backed by strong market momentum and a bold vision for the future of connected care, Interra Health offers the chance to join an innovative, mission-driven team working at the intersection of software and healthcare to reduce friction, improve access, and make the healthcare experience better for everyone.

The Role:
Interra Health is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to serve as the routine clinical point of contact across our product portfolio, bringing pharmacy and clinical credibility to the health systems, payers, PBMs, hubs, and pharma partners who depend on our platform. Sitting within Product and partnering with the Principal Clinical Specialist, you will be the clinical voice in customer engagements, the owner of clinical issue resolution, and the person who translates real-world clinical and workflow friction into a better product.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role. You will move fluidly between client-facing working sessions and internal triage with Product, Engineering, Support, and QA — investigating clinical issues, validating fixes, and leading the clinical side of change management as releases ship — with deepest focus on network-partner integrations (EHR ↔ PBM) and the clinical exception paths that keep prescribing and pharmacy fulfillment running. The right person is a licensed pharmacist equally at home in a clinical exception queue and a customer business review, who brings clinical rigor, knows when to resolve and when to escalate, and treats every recurring issue as a signal to make the product better.
What You'll Do:
Clinical Engagement & Customer Support

  • Serve as the routine clinical point of contact for Interra Health customers and partners — health systems, payers, PBMs, hubs, and pharma — bringing clinical credibility to working sessions, business reviews, education initiatives, and client-facing conversations.

  • Partner with Strategic Accounts, Account Management, and Implementation teams to provide clinical fluency in customer engagements, escalating situational, senior, or strategic clinical conversations to the Principal Clinical Specialist.

  • Contribute to and review clinical content for customers and partners — presentation materials, educational resources, and tip sheets — ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with stakeholder objectives.

  • Translate clinical and workflow friction points from customer engagements into product input, partnering with Product Managers to surface clinical requirements and improvement opportunities.

Clinical Issue Resolution & Change Management

  • Own clinical issue resolution across the product portfolio — triaging, investigating, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Support, and QA to drive resolution of clinical and clinical-workflow issues.

  • Document patterns in clinical escalations and recommend solutions that improve product reliability and reduce recurring clinical issues.

  • Lead the clinical aspects of change management — communicating changes that affect clinical workflows to internal teams and supporting customer-facing teams in cadence with releases.

  • Validate fixes, enhancements, and releases that affect clinical workflows or clinical content.

Clinical Domain Expertise

  • Apply pharmacy and clinical expertise across the portfolio, with deep focus on network-partner integrations (EHR ↔ PBM) and clinical exception support for prescribing and pharmacy fulfillment workflows.

  • Partner with the Principal Clinical Specialist on clinical quality standards, formulary integrity, and clinical decision support, applying those standards in day-to-day product, customer, and operational work.

Use SQL, dashboarding, and BI tools — alongside AI tools — to surface clinical trends, quantify new and recurring issues, and escalate clinical work for prioritization.
What You'll Bring:
Active pharmacist license in good standing, plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience as a pharmacist in a health system, health plan/PBM, or healthcare technology setting; or an equivalent combination of clinical practice and applied pharmacy experience.

  • Demonstrated understanding of medication order workflows from provider order entry through pharmacy adjudication and fulfillment.

  • Experience with formulary and benefit design, managed care principles, prior authorization, and clinical decision support.

  • Working proficiency in health data analysis using SQL, dashboarding, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake, Power BI) to investigate clinical client issues, identify trends, quantify issues, and represent the clinical voice of the customer.

  • Clinical informatics experience or exposure to health-data standards and analytics preferred (e.g., informatics coursework or certification, or hands-on work with clinical, pharmacy, or claims data sets).

  • Experience working with health systems, payers, PBMs, or healthcare technology vendors in a clinical or clinical-operations capacity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present clinical content to product, engineering, and customer audiences.

  • Strong problem-solving and triage skills, with the ability to investigate clinical issues across complex product workflows.

Comfort operating in a fast-paced, post-merger SaaS environment where systems, priorities, and structures are still evolving.
priorities, and structures are still evolving.

Core Competencies:
Knowledge & Application

Applies solid pharmacy and clinical knowledge across the product portfolio, using established clinical standards and the Principal Clinical Specialist's guidance to support clinical workflows, exceptions, and content. Builds working depth in network-partner integrations (EHR ↔ PBM) and prescribing and pharmacy fulfillment workflows.

Complexity & Problem Solving

Resolves routine and moderately complex clinical and clinical-workflow issues using established methods, investigating and partnering across teams to drive resolution. Exercises sound judgment on day-to-day calls and escalates situational, senior, novel, or strategic matters to the Principal Clinical Specialist.

Collaboration & Interaction

Works effectively across Product, Engineering, Support, QA, Strategic Accounts, Account Management, and Implementation, and brings clinical credibility to conversations with external health systems, payers, PBMs, hubs, and pharma partners. Communicates clearly with clinical and non-clinical audiences and coordinates with the Principal Clinical Specialist on senior-facing engagements.

Pre-Employment Drug Screening: This position is subject to a pre-employment drug screening, where permitted by applicable law. Any required screening will be conducted after a conditional offer of employment and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
