Clinical Specialist


The Clinical Specialist will help clients cope with the effects of their disabilities as they relate to independent living. Responsibilities will include providing rehab assessments and developing of client strength based psychosocial rehabilitation recovery approach that focuses on the whole person.  The position is responsible for providing hands-on support with living skills, and education both within groups and as individuals. Participates in multidisciplinary team meetings; completes necessary documentation including assessments/recovery plans/progress notes/discharge summary, develops curriculums and facilitates group experience for clients on multiple topics.  The position will provide a variety of case management and housing-related services to residential clients to facilitate their adjustment to and integration into the residence and into the community.
