  • Helping customers move from free, open-source adoption to licensed, governed solutions that enable teams to scale safely
  • Moving deals with reasonable velocity while maintaining a consultative, value-driven approach
  • Balancing independence as a sales leader without the heavy reliance on Sales Engineering

  • Proven record of closing business
  • Physically located in Central or Eastern timezone
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to learn and assimilate technical information quickly
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar enterprise sales methodologies
  • Demonstrated flexibility, organization, and drive
  • Experience using Salesforce for managing pipeline
  • You embody our values of Clarity, Care and Candor
  • You care deeply about fostering an environment where people of all backgrounds and experiences can flourish

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Technical sales experience specific to AI / Machine Learning, developer tooling, or cybersecurity
  • Experience working in a PLG (product-led growth) company or fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience working in an open-source, AI, or data science-oriented company
Why You'll Like Working Here:
  • Unique opportunity to translate strong open-source adoption and user enthusiasm into commercial product growth
  • Dynamic company that rewards high-performers
  • You'll thrive in a high-performance environment where results are recognized and rewarded
  • Your work directly contributes to shaping the future of data science, machine learning, and AI in the enterprise.
