Leads go-to-market strategy and new client acquisition across South Asia, building sales pipelines among broadcasters, production houses, OTT platforms, sports organizations, and government agencies. Opens regional markets, manages client relationships, leads pitches, RFPs, negotiations, and contracts, and collaborates with engineering and operations teams on tailored solutions. Provides market intelligence, sales forecasting, and KPI reporting while representing NEP at industry events.
- Lead the development and execution of a go-to-market strategy for South Asia, with a strong focus on new client acquisition and market expension.
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential opportunities across broadcasters, production houses, OTT platforms, sports organizations, and government agencies.
- Open new geographic markets within India, identifying region-specific opportunities in media production, content services, and remote/cloud-based workflows.
- Represent NEP in the region through direct client engagement, trade events, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and solutions teams to develop regionally relevant service offerings and proposals.
- Prepare and lead compelling sales pitches, RFPs, pricing negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Provide market intelligence and insight to guide regional strategy and investment decisions.
- Maintain accurate reporting on sales activity, forecasting, and progress against regional KPIs.
Position Requirements:
- 10+ years in B2B sales, including business development in media, broadcast, and technology services.
- Must have experience in dealing with sports leagues, federations, broadcasters, commercial partnerships agencies, live event agencies, houses of worship, etc. whether in India or abroad is a plus.?
- Strong knowledge of workflows including sports production, remote production, digital workflows is desirable
- Proven success in a hunter role, consistently winning new business and penetrating new markets. Desire to generate business and a "can-do" attitude is a must
- Established network and relationships with industry leaders in India and neighbouring countries, with the ability to engage C-level decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision.
- Ability and desire to travel extensively across the market
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Media, or related field (MBA preferred).
