- Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs
- Monitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions online

- 1+ year of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Good analytical/research/trouble-shooting skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience
- Exposure to asset-based lending/factoring; Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing
- Invoicing, purchase orders
- Sound organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-drive, team environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel; Ability to quickly learn new systems
