About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a 1st Year Commercial Real Estate Program Analyst to join the Real Estate Securitization & Capital Markets platform, supporting Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) origination. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com .
In this role, you will:
  • Partner with senior team members, brokers, and borrowers to evaluate client needs, support transaction execution, and coordinate the loan origination process
  • Build and maintain underwriting models, perform loan analysis, and manage due diligence throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Prepare asset summary reports, credit memoranda, and other materials for senior management and credit partner review
  • Assist with the structuring, documentation, and closing of transactions, including reviewing loan agreements and related legal documents
  • Participate in property tours, site visits, and third-party report analysis to assess asset quality and transaction viability
  • Support business development efforts by preparing client presentations, pitch materials, due diligence reports, and market analyses
  • Perform loan portfolio and securitization analyses, develop transaction materials, and monitor market and secondary trading trends that may impact deal execution
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management - Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgment, and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
