Job Description

Catch Vibe Voice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Associate to join our team in New York.

In this role, you will support internal and external communication initiatives, help coordinate projects and campaigns, prepare written materials, and work closely with different teams to ensure messaging remains clear, consistent, and professional.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent organization, attention to detail, and an interest in developing a long-term career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and coordinating internal and external communications.
  • Prepare, review, and organize written communication materials.
  • Support communication campaigns, presentations, meetings, and company initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and support ongoing projects.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other communication materials.
  • Respond professionally to communication requests and inquiries.
  • Maintain organized records, project documentation, and communication resources.
  • Assist with event, meeting, and company initiative coordination when required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve communication processes and team efficiency.
  • Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail.
