- Lead integrated communications for earnings, financial updates, and payments product launches
- Translate complex financial and strategic topics into clear messaging for key stakeholder groups
- Direct internal programs including town halls, newsletters, and executive communications
- Manage media relations and serve as spokesperson for high impact announcements and inquiries
- Develop executive materials including speeches, briefing documents, and leadership platforms
- Align messaging with Investor Relations, Legal, and Corporate Communications partners
- Lead issues management and crisis response to mitigate risk and protect brand reputation
- Manage and coach a small team of geographically dispersed communicators
- 10+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
- Experience leading financial communications at a public company, including earnings and investor relations
- Experience developing communications strategies and plans for financial services companies
- Experience advising executives on media strategy and reputational risk
- Experience preparing executives for interviews, earnings calls, and speaking engagements
- Experience translating financial data and strategy into clear enterprise narratives
- Experience leading high-performing geographically dispersed teams within a matrix organization
- Experience leading global announcements across multiple channels and audience segments
