playbook, exp in developing communication, think at a strategic level, write messages that can influence/creative for all levels of people, build the scripting to pass on to executives, graphic experience is a huge plus; able to work in photoshop - develop imagery, no international travel, no remote, writing sample; competency and skill to write communication that can influence other with some creativity, change experience,  examples of how they were able to motivate and influence others
