Develop and execute communications strategy for a large-scale transformation. Write influential, creative messages for diverse audiences, create communication playbooks and executive scripts, and use change-management experience to motivate and influence stakeholders. Graphic design and Photoshop skills are a strong plus. The role is on-site in Brooklyn, NY, with no international travel.

Develop and maintain .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET, SQL, and SQL Server. Translate business requirements and application issues into technical tasks, analyze problems, propose solutions, and implement changes rapidly in a business-critical environment. Apply practical programming, design, performance tuning, configuration, and deployment expertise. Collaborate with New York and Mumbai teams, including offshore staff, and support banking, securities, trading-floor, and financial-services applications.

Supports the Finance PMO by establishing governance, processes, templates, reporting, and methodologies, then managing portfolio reporting and oversight. Responsibilities include tracking budgets, forecasts, resources, risks, issues, change requests, and mitigation plans; preparing executive presentations; coordinating with project managers and analytics teams; and escalating impacts to scope, schedule, and budget. The role requires strong project management, analytical, communication, organizational, business, and technology skills.

Lead planning and execution of deployment, cutover, service transition, operational acceptance testing, and dress rehearsals for a large gas transportation information system implementation. Own the cutover plan, coordinate stakeholder walkthroughs, develop OAT strategies and scripts, facilitate testing, and ensure successful production handover with the service transition team.
