Naturium is seeking a passionate and engaging Community Coordinator to be the voice of our brand across social media. In this role, you will nurture our community of skincare enthusiasts, provide thoughtful guidance, and foster meaningful connections that turn followers into lifelong brand advocates.

Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Education
- Act as Naturium’s voice across social platforms, responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions with authenticity and expertise.
- Offer tailored skincare guidance, product recommendations, and usage tips to community members.
- Support educational content that highlights the science behind our formulations and proper skincare integration.
- Celebrate community members’ skin journeys and results through personalized, encouraging interactions.

Social Media Management
- Monitor and respond to all social media inquiries in a timely, knowledgeable, and brand-right manner.
- Develop proactive engagement strategies that spark conversations around skincare science, ingredients, and results.
- Track feedback and frequently asked questions to help shape future content and product development.

Community Growth & Advocacy
- Build and maintain relationships with highly engaged community members.
- Develop and execute community appreciation initiatives.
- Partner with the marketing team to create campaigns that drive engagement and inspire user-generated content.
- Share insights on audience trends and preferences to inform community and brand strategy.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in community management, preferably in beauty, skincare, or wellness.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to explain complex skincare concepts in an approachable, engaging way.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and community engagement best practices.
- Genuine passion for skincare, ingredients, and helping others achieve their skin goals.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
