As a Community Habilitation Specialist, you'll work one-on-one with children, teens, or adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll support individuals in their homes and communities while helping them reach personal goals, build life skills, and try new things.

What You'll Do

Be a patient, supportive, and positive role model
Help individuals reach their goals and build independence
Create fun and meaningful activities
Encourage community involvement and social connections
Provide support using positive behavior strategies
