As the Compensation Analyst, you will be an integral part of a top-notch compensation team and a critical member of our overall Talent organization. You will be part of a team of professionals that work together to seamlessly provide support for both attorney and global operations compensation at a progressive, innovative and collaborative firm.
What You Will Do:
Support compensation process design, market analysis, and budgeting for professional staff and attorneys.
Administer annual and off-cycle increase and bonus processes for professional staff and attorneys.
Complete salary surveys and benchmark positions to support salary structure maintenance.
Conduct FLSA classification reviews to ensure compliance.
Maintain and audit compensation data in Workday and related systems, ensuring accuracy of salary, titles, job profiles, ranges, and classifications.
Process compensation-related updates in Workday and MarketPay.
Prepare reports and analyses to support compensation decisions and business needs.
Draft compensation communications and salary/bonus letters.
Document compensation processes and timelines.
Contribute to performance evaluation processes and other HR projects as needed.
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. CCP certification a plus.
3-5 years of related experience.
Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday; MarketPay experience a plus.
Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Advanced expertise with excel, including vlookups, creating charts and graphics, macros, modeling worksheets, pivot tables.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to interpret and manage complex data.
Highly organized with effective interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and perform effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Advanced computer proficiency, including strong skills in spreadsheet applications.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Demonstrates sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Flexible and willing to work extended hours as business needs require.
