We’re hiring a Compliance Ops Analyst who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. This is a role where you will own high-complexity EDD reviews across a concurrent case queue. This is a production role where judgment, structure, and writing quality matter.

What You’ll Do
  • Run end-to-end EDD reviews across multiple active cases

  • Synthesize KYB/KYC, ownership structures, and prior reviews upfront

  • Perform licensing/regulatory analysis (FinCEN/MSB, VASP, MiCA, CARF, SIBA)

  • Send targeted outreach based on actual info gaps

  • Validate against primary source docs

  • Deliver clear, defensible EDD reports (business model, funds flow, AML risk, adverse media, review cadence)

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment
