Job Responsibilities
- Consistently oversee the operation of conference facilities, maintaining communication with A/V technicians, catering teams, and environmental services staff.
- Generate and distribute daily and weekly reports to staff and relevant support departments, providing forecasts for upcoming events—particularly VIP and large-scale functions requiring special coordination.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience collaborating with Audio/Visual teams, Facilities Management, and Catering during event planning and execution.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to manage requests via phone, email, and electronic forms, while meeting tight deadlines for high-volume demands.
- Proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft 365 applications.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with event planning software.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
