We develop performance-driven campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, native, and emerging channels, combining strong creative thinking with rigorous testing and optimization to drive measurable growth.
About the Role
GeistM is looking for a hands-on Content Creator to produce engaging paid-social creative and help build a reliable creator pipeline across client campaigns.
This is a maker-focused role for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life. You will create and edit paid-social assets, film and appear in UGC-style content, repurpose creator footage into new variations, and help source and manage external creators. You will work closely with the Creative and Growth teams to turn approved concepts, briefs, and performance insights into content designed for testing and iteration across Meta, TikTok, and other relevant paid channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual instincts with practical production skills, is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, and is interested in developing a deeper understanding of performance creative.
What You'll Do
Content Creation & Production
- Create paid-social statics, motion assets, and campaign variations in Canva, Butter, Adobe Creator and similar platforms from approved concepts and briefs.
- Ideate, film, and appear in platform-native UGC-style content across a range of consumer brands.
- Edit short-form video and UGC footage for Meta, TikTok, and other relevant paid channels using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Create product demonstrations, testimonials, problem-and-solution concepts, unboxings, lifestyle content, and other direct-response formats.
- Write and execute scripts, talking points, shot lists, hooks, and calls to action that clearly communicate product benefits and campaign messaging.
- Plan and execute simple shoots, including product staging, lighting, framing, sound, locations, and supporting props.
- Capture multiple hooks, angles, calls to action, and supporting B-roll to create a range of testable variations.
- Review footage and creative assets for visual quality, clarity, brand alignment, and usability before submission.
Creative Iteration & Performance
- Repurpose existing creator footage into new edits, cutdowns, hooks, openings, captions, and messaging variations.
- Build iterations of winning assets quickly while preserving the specific element being tested.
- Adapt creative for different platform specifications, placements, and aspect ratios without sacrificing quality or clarity.
- Apply brand guidelines, required copy, legal or claims guardrails, and internal quality standards accurately.
- Participate in creative reviews and use team feedback and performance insights to strengthen future creative.
- Contribute ideas, references, emerging trends, and creative opportunities that can improve campaign output.
Creator Partnerships
- Source and assess US-based creators based on campaign audience, category, location, creative style, and production requirements.
- Support creator outreach, briefing, communication, rates, usage requirements, timelines, feedback, and final delivery.
- Review external creator submissions and coordinate revisions or reshoots to ensure content is on brief and suitable for paid use.
- Maintain an organized creator roster and production pipeline, including rates, locations, content strengths, availability, deliverables, and usage permissions.
- Build positive, professional relationships with creators and help develop a dependable creator network across client categories.
Collaboration & Organization
- Work cross-functionally with Creative and Growth teams to identify content needs, strong footage, winning concepts, and opportunities for new iterations.
- Organize project files, footage, and exports so assets can be reviewed, revised, and handed off efficiently.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond constructively to feedback and complete revisions accurately and on time.
- Take ownership of assigned work while communicating clearly about progress, deadlines, and production needs.

- Experience creating content for Meta, TikTok, Reels, or other short-form platforms.
- Working knowledge of Canva and at least one video-editing platform such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Confidence and a natural presence on camera, with the ability to adapt your delivery to different brands and audiences.
- Strong visual storytelling instincts and an eye for composition, pacing, typography, hierarchy, and mobile-first creative.
- Practical knowledge of lighting, framing, audio, and short-form video production.
- Ability to follow a creative brief, apply feedback carefully, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong organization, communication, and file-management habits.
- Curiosity about advertising, audience behavior, creative testing, and what makes paid-social content perform.
- Experience with AI creative tools for ideation, visual development, editing, or content iteration.
- A collaborative, dependable approach and comfort working in a fast-moving creative environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience sourcing or managing creators, influencers, or freelance production partners.
- Experience working with brand guidelines or across multiple visual identities.
