We recently raised a $30M Series A led by Insight Partners, and are bringing world-class talent together to transform healthcare. If you like building, learning, and want to make a real impact, come join us!

About the Role

We're hiring a Content Marketer to join our Growth & Marketing team. You'll be the person who writes compelling content across our blog, customer stories, reports, guides, social media, sales materials and more.

This is a writing-first role with real range. On any given week you might interview a skilled nursing facility team, turn that conversation into a customer story, draft a launch post for a feature or product, and start the research process for a new report. You'll help establish the voice and tone for a company that is still defining how it sounds, and you'll own a large share of what we publish to the market.

Who you are: You write every day and you love it. You have a keen eye for grammar and sentence structure, and no typo gets by you. You can take a rough idea, a transcript, or a pile of product notes and turn it into something clear, specific, and accurate. You love to write research-backed content and are data-driven. You care about the facts as much as the phrasing.

This is a low-ego, high-output environment. We're looking for someone with high standards, a bias to action, and genuine care for their craft.

What You'll Do

  • Write across formats: Draft blog posts, customer stories, emails, event and webinar copy, award and speaking opportunity applications, social media posts, ad copy, website pages, reports and guides, moving from outline to final draft with minimal hand-holding.
  • Turn interviews into stories: Run customer and internal interviews, pull out the details that matter, and shape them into stories with a clear structure and quotes that carry real weight.
  • Build research and data-backed reports and guides: Help turn research data into a compelling narrative, building content that is relevant, unique, useful, and easy to repurpose.
  • Keep the voice consistent: Follow and help evolve our style guide so that everything we publish sounds like one company, whether it's a headline or a 2,000-word feature.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts: Work with sales, customer success, product, and leadership to get the details right, and revise quickly on feedback from multiple reviewers.
  • Use AI to increase leverage: Experiment with AI-native workflows that improve research, drafting, and editing speed, without sacrificing quality or accuracy.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 4+ years of professional writing, ideally in B2B SaaS, health tech & AI, or another fast-moving technology environment.
  • Writing craft: Clean, specific, plain-language writing. You can adjust tone from a punchy email subject line to a long-form story without losing clarity.
  • Range: A portfolio that shows more than one format. Customer stories, thought leadership, product content, and web copy are all relevant.
  • Interviewing skill: You ask good follow-up questions, listen for the detail that makes a story specific, and know how to draw a strong quote out of someone.
  • Editorial judgment: You can tell what a piece needs, cut what it doesn't, and give and receive edits without ego.
  • Accuracy and rigor: You check your numbers, cite your sources, and are comfortable saying "we can't claim that yet."
  • Speed and volume: You produce a lot of high-quality work, hit deadlines, and keep several projects moving at once.
  • AI-native workflows: You use AI tools to move faster and think bigger. You've experimented with what's useful, what's not, and are constantly tinkering with new products.

Bonus Points

  • You have experience writing for healthcare, senior living, or post-acute care audiences
  • You have a keen interest in the technical side of AI
  • You come from a healthcare background yourself
  • You have a formal education or professional experience in journalism
  • You understand and have experience managing SEO/AEO
  • You've written video scripts and talk tracks
  • You believe mindset and capabilities matter more than a resume
  • You are comfortable with early-stage messiness and chaos

Benefits + Perks

  • Competitive salary and equity in a high-growth startup
  • Flexible PTO, take what you need
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Great startup culture, including company off-sites
  • High-achieving team, including ex-Amazon engineers and alumni of Bain, BCG, Goldman Sachs, and more
