  • Research industry trends, competitors, and emerging search and content practices to inform the team’s work.
  • Support culture-focused content, including employee spotlights, event recaps, and behind-the-scenes features.
  • Assist with campaigns for recruitment, company events, and thought leadership.
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, accessibility, and alignment with Avenue Z’s brand voice.
  • Help track content performance and use learnings to inform future updates and ideas.
  • Manage priorities across multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • A deeper understanding of how search intent, useful content, and on-page optimization support discoverability.
  • Hands-on exposure to content planning, brand messaging, and performance-informed updates.

  • Insight into how marketing supports recruitment, employee engagement, thought leadership, and brand visibility.
  • Time-management and organizational skills while contributing to meaningful projects across the company.
Requirements
