About Venn

Venn is revolutionizing how businesses enable BYOD workforces, removing the burden of buying and securing laptops or dealing with virtual desktops. Our patented technology provides companies with a new approach to securing remote employees and contractors working on unmanaged computers. With Venn’s Blue Border™ software, work lives in a company-controlled Secure Enclave installed on the user’s computer, enabling IT teams to secure company data while ensuring end-user privacy. Over 700 organizations, including Fidelity, Guardian, and Voya, trust Venn to meet FINRA, SEC, NAIC, and SOC 2 standards.

The Opportunity

Venn is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to own our content engine — blog, case studies, video, social, and sales enablement content — as we scale awareness of Blue Border across security, IT, and remote-work buyers. This role is a backfill: our current Digital Content Marketing Manager, Ronnie Shvueli, is being promoted into a broader role, and this person will pick up the day-to-day ownership of the content function she built.

This is an individual-contributor role reporting into Marketing leadership, ideal for someone about three years into their content marketing career who is ready to run a content program with real autonomy — not just execute a calendar handed to them.

What You'll Do

  • Own Venn's content calendar end-to-end: blog posts, customer case studies, email newsletters, and web copy that support pipeline and brand goals
  • Plan and produce short-form video and social content that translates security/IT concepts into content people actually want to engage with
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to turn customer wins (like our HIPAA and biotech case studies) into polished, publishable stories
  • Manage SEO fundamentals for owned content — keyword research, on-page optimization, and tracking organic performance over time
  • Work with Product Marketing to translate product launches (e.g., Blue Border feature releases) into content that supports GTM campaigns
  • Manage relationships with freelance writers, designers, and video editors as needed to scale output
  • Report on content performance (traffic, engagement, MQL/pipeline influence) and use that data to shape the content roadmap

What You Bring

  • ~3 years of experience in content marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company; cybersecurity, IT, or remote-work tech is a strong plus
  • A portfolio that shows range — long-form (blog, case studies) and short-form/social/video — and that you can point to what it drove, not just that it was published
  • Strong, clean writing and editing skills; comfortable making a technical or security-adjacent topic feel human
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices and content performance tools (GA4, Search Console, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Experience managing a content calendar independently, including juggling multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Comfortable in a small, fast-moving marketing team where you'll do the strategy and the execution

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on video production or editing experience (Premiere, CapCut, Descript, or similar)
  • Experience running organic social channels (LinkedIn especially) for a B2B brand
  • Exposure to product marketing or sales enablement content

Why You'll Love Working Here

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support our team's health, well-being, and work-life balance, including:

  • Competitive compensation and commission opportunities
  • Equity at Venn
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • Healthcare FSA, HSA, and commuter benefits
  • Unlimited paid time off, paid sick time, NYSE company holidays, and a paid birthday off
  • The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing startup with a collaborative, high-impact team where every voice is valued and there are clear paths for growth and promotion

We operate with Trust, Humility, Relationships, Innovation, Vigor, and Empowerment and we look for teammates who do the same!
