Role Overview 

Dalet is seeking a highly skilled Content Writer with a strong technical background in the media and broadcast industry to develop compelling, accurate, and strategically aligned content. This role will translate complex workflows, products, and industry concepts into engaging content that supports sales, marketing, and brand positioning. 

The ideal candidate understands broadcast workflows (news, sports, production, OTT) and can create content that resonates with both technical and business audiences. 

Key Responsibilities 

Content Creation & Strategy 

  • Write high-quality content including:  
  • Blog posts 
  • Customer stories and case studies 
  • White papers and eBooks 
  • Solution pages and website copy 
  • Sales enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, email content) 
  • Thought leadership articles 
  • Translate complex technical topics (media workflows, asset management, cloud, AI, metadata, etc.) into clear, engaging narratives. 
  • Adapt messaging for different personas: engineers, operations, executives, and creators. 

Industry & Technical Expertise 

  • Develop a deep understanding of:  
  • Broadcast and media workflows (newsroom, post-production, sports, archive) 
  • Content supply chains and media asset management 
  • Cloud-based media workflows and emerging technologies (AI, automation) 
  • Stay up to date on trends in media, broadcast, and digital content delivery. 

Collaboration 

  • Partner closely with:  
  • Product marketing for messaging and positioning 
  • Field marketing for campaign-specific content 
  • Sales teams to support pipeline acceleration 
  • Subject matter experts (SMEs), product managers, and customers for technical accuracy 
  • Interview internal experts and customers to extract insights and develop compelling narratives. 

Content Optimization & Distribution 

  • Optimize content for SEO, LLM and digital performance. 
  • Repurpose content across channels (website, email, social, campaigns). 
  • Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across all content. 

Qualifications 

Required 

  • 3–7+ years of content writing experience in B2B technology 
  • Strong background in media, broadcast, or video production industry 
  • Proven ability to write about technical topics clearly and accurately 
  • Experience working with subject matter experts and translating technical concepts 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills 

Preferred 

  • Experience with:  
  • Media asset management (MAM) systems 
  • Newsroom systems  
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar) 
  • Video production and post-production workflows 
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices 
  • Experience writing for global audiences
