We are a Series A SaaS company and provide the system of record for event marketing. Our software platform provides proprietary insights that helps high-growth companies find the highest ROI events, conferences and trade shows to attend and sponsor. We have built an AI-powered platform that customers describe as an event marketer’s dream.

Vendelux was founded in 2021, and our recent $14 million Series A was led by FirstMark, whose portfolio includes companies like Shopify, Pinterest, Discord, Airbnb, Draft Kings, Carta and Justworks (amongst others). Our leadership team includes alumni from Bain, ZoomInfo, Shutterstock, Compass, ModernLoop, Forter, Zulilly, NewtonX.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer to support and accelerate our hiring efforts across the company. This role sits at the intersection of candidate experience, recruiting operations, and early-stage sourcing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people-facing work and behind-the-scenes execution.

You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process while also helping build strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles.

This role will have a 4-5 day onsite requirement.


What You'll Do

Recruiting Coordination

  • Own interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process

  • Manage job postings, candidate statuses, and interview feedback in the ATS

  • Prepare interviewers with schedules, materials, and guidance

  • Support offer logistics, including reference checks and coordination with HR or People Ops

  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, templates, and candidate communications

Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Source candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels

  • Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations as needed

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or high-priority roles

  • Partner with recruiters to refine sourcing strategies and candidate profiles

  • Track and report on sourcing activity and pipeline health

Recruiting Operations & Projects

  • Support recruiting initiatives such as employer branding, referral programs, and recruiting events

  • Help analyze recruiting metrics (time to hire, pipeline conversion, candidate experience)

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, tools, and candidate experience

  • Assist with ad hoc recruiting projects as the team scales


What We're Looking For
  • 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or a related role (experience level flexible)

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple roles and stakeholders at once

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn or similar platforms

  • Familiarity with Ashby, Linkedin and Juicebox

  • A candidate-first mindset with high attention to detail

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment


Nice to Have
  • Experience sourcing for technical, sales, or customer-facing roles

  • Exposure to high-growth or startup environments

  • Interest in growing into a full-cycle recruiter role over time

  • Comfort working with data, metrics, or process optimization
