KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track contracts, compliance requirements, deadlines, renewals, reports, and registrations.
- Maintain compliance calendars, contract files, and required records.
- Assist with government filings, including PASSPort, SAM.gov, JCOPE, vendor questionnaires, and other required systems.
- Assist with contracts, subcontract agreements, renewals, amendments, and vendor compliance documentation.
- Support purchasing and procurement activities, including quotes, purchase orders, approvals, and vendor documentation.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for audits, monitoring visits, and funder reviews.
- Follow up on missing documentation and outstanding compliance requirements and report significant issues to the Director.
- The position will also provide coverage for colleagues during vacations and other absences, assist with purchasing and administrative functions, coordinate events as needed, and perform other duties assigned by the Director.
- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, nonprofit management, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- Experience in contracts, compliance, procurement, administration, or nonprofit/government-funded programs preferred.
- Experience with PASSPort, SAM.gov, JCOPE, or government procurement systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with staff, vendors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
