The Program Director oversees the operations and programming of the Queensview Older Adult Center, ensuring compliance with DFTA requirements and managing staff performance, community partnerships, and budget oversight.

Support the Program Director by maintaining program records, entering data (HANAC and DFTA STARS), interviewing clients for needs assessments, providing case assistance, following up on cases, creating monthly newsletters, attending trainings and meetings, and assuming supervisory duties when needed.

The Assistant Program Director manages car service orders, financial records, assists the Program Director, and oversees drivers' schedules while ensuring effective office operations.

Lead and supervise a group of youth in a summer program, develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities, ensure safety and positive behavior, maintain documentation, assist with transitions and events, and collaborate with supervisors and staff to deliver a high-quality camp experience.

Provide advocacy and case management to crime victims and families: intake, assessments, benefits and immigration assistance, help with protective orders and victim services applications, maintain electronic case files, refer and collaborate with community agencies, courts, and law enforcement, and ensure confidentiality and program compliance.

The Case Manager will assist in managing social services for community members, providing case management, client interviews, and follow-ups while ensuring client needs are met.

Provide case coordination and social services to seniors in affordable housing. Conduct assessments, develop care plans, coordinate providers, deliver counseling and advocacy, maintain records and reports, plan community activities, perform wellness checks, and assist tenants with benefits, healthcare coordination, and daily needs. Support program leadership and ensure timely documentation for program standards and HPD reporting.

The Group Leader will supervise Summer Rising classes, facilitate educational and recreational activities, and support program operations to ensure a safe and engaging environment for participants.
