About the role

The Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Strategist will be responsible for leading LifeMD’s conversion rate optimization strategy, focusing on improving digital experiences and driving measurable performance outcomes. This role requires advanced expertise in web analytics, experimentation methodologies, and user experience optimization. The ideal candidate is a strategic, collaborative professional with a demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will lead the development and execution of our conversion rate optimization strategy, utilizing your expertise in web analytics, A/B testing, and UX design to drive measurable results
  • Utilize expertise in web analytics, A/B testing, and UX design to continually improve user experiences
  • Analyze data and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and user engagement
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform optimization strategies
  • Monitor and report on key metrics to track the success of optimization efforts
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on optimization initiatives and results
  • Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that may impact user experience and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align optimization efforts with overall business goals
  • Remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Stay accountable for meeting and exceeding conversion rate goals

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in CRO, digital optimization, or analytics-driven roles
  • Background in experimentation, A/B testing, and web analytics
  • Strong understanding of website content management systems, including major eCommerce platforms
  • Advanced statistical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable optimization recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to drive performance improvements
  • Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital analytics and optimization tools
