What You’ll Do

The Revenue Royalty and Compliance Coordinator (Royalty Zone) will partner and support several departments (Revenue Team, Compliance Team, Billing & Collections, The Brand Team & Product Approvals Team). You’ll be a key asset in driving performance improvements in the area of Royalty, Revenue, Compliance & Administration.

What you’ll be working on


  • Coordinate with licensees on timely submission of quarterly reports
  • Track licensee compliance status
  • Review licensee compliance and follow-up on delinquent reports and missing information
  • Collect, review, and analyze revenue reports to calculate royalty obligations.
  • Interpret and apply contractual terms to royalty calculations.
  • Monitor compliance with royalty agreements and escalate discrepancies.
  • Maintain royalty and compliance databases and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and external partners regarding revenue tracking and royalty issues.
  • Support internal audits and respond to external audit requests.
  • Assist in improving royalty processing workflows and compliance procedures.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in royalty accounting, compliance, or revenue management.
  • common in industries such as entertainment, publishing, technology licensing, and natural resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with royalty contract structures and revenue-sharing models.
  • Proficient in Excel and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or royalty management tools).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Primary Location Salary Range:

$65,000 - $75,000
