We’re looking for a Coordinator, Creator Marketing (AE-level) to support the execution of creator campaigns for a major U.S. food and beverage brand. You’ll work across a high-volume portfolio of product-focused programshelping bring creator partnerships to life across tiers, platforms, and audiences. 

You’ll be responsible for supporting multiple workstreams at once, managing timelines and deliverables, coordinating with creators, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the creator industry, has their finger on the pulse of what’s trending, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every assignment, ready to jump in, problem-solve, and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution of creator campaigns from brief through wrapincluding sourcing, vetting, outreach, deliverables, and reporting 
  • Manage trackers, timelines, and task documentation across multiple brands and initiatives 
  • Coordinate communications between creators, agents, internal team members, and clients, as needed 
  • Monitor cultural and platform trends and creator ecosystem to support creator casting and content development 
  • Assist with campaign setup and reporting, including recap decks, performance snapshots, and KPI summaries 
  • Partner with account, strategy, creative, analytics, and paid teams to align on campaign needs 
  • Help process contracts, invoices, payments, and POs in a timely and organized manner 
  • Participate in internal billing, time tracking, and project documentation procedures 
  • Ensure consistent and professional communication across all workstreams 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in creator marketing, social/digital strategy, or creator engagement (agency or brand-side) 
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (communications, marketing, journalism, etc.) 
  • Working knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and creator best practices 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables at once 
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills 
  • Basic experience with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, buildingcampaign trackers, and slide building 
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and day-to-day collaboration 
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through 
  • Experience with creator discovery platforms and tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Captiv8) 
  • Understanding of FTC guidelines and brand safety considerations for creators 
  • Genuine enthusiasm for creator culture, trends, and storytelling, demonstrated through lived experience or point of view 
  • Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to pitch in and take ownership of tasks large and small 

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

  • Familiarity with metrics and reporting frameworks for creator content 
  • Awareness of how creator content can be used in paid media (boosting, whitelisting, etc.) in collaboration with media teams 
  • Confidence in coordinating across integrated teams (e.g., PR, paid, creative, analytics) 
  • Demonstrated interest in food, beverage, CPG, or lifestyle marketing 
  • Ability to contribute to recaps, brainstorms, and internal POVs based on creator insights 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with professionalism under pressure
