Who are we hiring?

As Coordinator, Digital Experience at Madison Square Garden Entertainment, you will be responsible for defining, building, managing and enhancing the digital ecosystem across web, mobile and app platforms to create frictionless customer experiences and promote digital discovery of MSG’s venues and stages. You will work closely with our internal partners (e.g. Communications, Creative, Data & Analytics, Marketing, Media Production, Sales, etc.) to translate business strategies & objectives into digital platform enhancements, content optimizations and promotional activations. Additionally, you will leverage data (quantitative and qualitative) to identify opportunities to advance digital experience. As a result, you will aid in driving increased traffic, conversion and sales, along with improvements to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, has a strategic mindset with ability to solve ambiguous problems and has a thirst for continuous improvement.

What will you do?

  • Content Publishing & Optimization – Promote information discovery by publishing & distributing digital content, such as event announcements, venue & ticket information, promotional pages and landing pages; enhance navigation by improving purchase paths and optimizing relevancy across search & browse destinations
  • ·Data Analytics – Analyze quantitative & qualitative data to identify opportunities to improve digital experience; research competitors to benchmark performance and inform improvements
  • · Marketing Promotions – Execute digital tactics to support promotional activation (e.g. QR codes, promo codes, gamification, etc.)
  • · Game Day Coverage – Deliver game coverage for sports teams, including pregame, in-game, and post-game maintenance, article and video publishing activities as needed
  • · Product Roadmap – Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop, launch and enhance features across sites & apps; optimize tooling workflows and advance technological capabilities to improve digital experience
  • · Project Management – Maintain clear project plans and roadmaps, while partnering with internal stakeholders and keeping business priorities & user needs at the forefront; document project requirements, milestones and timelines; obtain necessary stakeholder approvals and manage workflow for departments feeding content to team
  • · Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Optimize data content to improve keyword rankings and drive sustainable traffic to websites from search engines, such as Google or Bing

What do you need to succeed?

  • · 1-3 years’ experience in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • · Passion for sports, music, entertainment and pop culture
  • · Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape (e.g. SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, push notifications, CRM, etc.)
  • · Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering or UX/UI Design teams
  • · Experience building or delivering against technical product roadmaps
  • · Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS); WordPress preferred
  • · Customer-focused, analytical and process-oriented; comfortable making data-driven decisions, with thirst for continuous improvement
  • · Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team; self-starter who takes ownership over own work end-to-end; demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Pay Range
$45,000$65,000 USD
