Support SVP/Deputy General Counsel & Secretary on securities compliance and corporate secretary duties: prepare board and shareholder materials, minutes, NYSE and SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Forms 3/4), manage subsidiary records, stock plans, transfer agent and trading clearance, coordinate annual meetings and filings, and maintain compliance calendars and corporate records.

Support booking, management, and execution of sporting events at Madison Square Garden. Handle ticketing strategy and inventory, coordinate marketing and event presentation, manage promoter requirements, oversee day-of-event logistics, analyze event financials, lead special projects, and maintain industry relationships to drive event acquisition and guest experience.

Lead procurement for venue operations including FF&E, vendor/service contracts, RFQs/RFPs, bidding, negotiation, budget tracking, and vendor management. Collaborate with venue management and stakeholders to optimize procure-to-pay processes, identify value engineering opportunities, maintain procurement databases, and ensure compliant, cost-effective sourcing for capital and operational projects.

Lead contract drafting and administration, manage immigration compliance (visa petitions, I-9s, work authorization), advise on performance and employment matters, support employment litigation and discovery, coordinate with outside counsel, and maintain trackers to meet deadlines.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, delivering workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance and change management solutions. Lead FP&A for venue operations, food & beverage, and merchandise across theaters. Manage a team supporting time & attendance, scheduling, payroll submissions, and CBA rule application.
