Own HRIS support for Greenhouse and onboarding systems: gather requirements, configure integrations with HCM platforms, ensure data quality and compliance (GDPR, SOX), build reports using Greenhouse and SQL, troubleshoot, test releases, document configurations, and support stakeholders and audits.

Sell, exchange, and refund event tickets while providing friendly, accurate customer service. Support SVP/Deputy General Counsel & Secretary on securities compliance and corporate secretary duties: prepare board and shareholder materials, minutes, NYSE and SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, Forms 3/4), manage subsidiary records, stock plans, transfer agent and trading clearance, coordinate annual meetings and filings, and maintain compliance calendars and corporate records.

Administer compensation programs including job evaluations, market research, salary analyses, and survey participation. Support salary decisions, LTIP administration, minimum wage audits, data integrity in HR/stock systems, and year-end merit/bonus planning. Lead technical accounting for complex revenue arrangements and other technical areas (leases, impairments, business combinations). Process full-cycle, high-volume multi-entity U.S. payrolls in Oracle Cloud HCM (Fusion); audit and reconcile payroll transactions, taxes, garnishments, and transfers; maintain HSDL uploads and payroll reports; resolve discrepancies; support multi-state, unionized, tipped and venue employee populations; recommend process and system improvements. Monitor print, online, broadcast, radio and social media for MSG mentions; capture, format and upload clips into Meltwater; produce media briefs and analytics; transcribe segments; research pitching opportunities; and provide backup coverage for the News Services team while meeting formatting and deadline standards.

Lead FP&A for venue operations, food & beverage, and merchandise across theaters. Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, month-end reporting and variance analysis, manage expense tracking, support accounting close, analyze POS/Data Warehouse flows, assist POS integrations, and provide ad hoc financial analysis and operational support.

Support corporate accounting with monthly and quarterly close tasks including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations (cash, debt, fixed assets), expense allocations, monthly result reporting, auditor collaboration, preparation of quarterly tax deliverables, process improvements, and cross-functional liaison with AP/AR/Treasury/Tax/FP&A.
