Job Description:

We’re looking for a Integrated Marketing Coordinator to help plan integrated brand campaigns across the dentsu portfolio. Sitting within the in-house agency team, you will play an important part in bringing our brand to life across channels—ensuring consistency, creativity, and execution. 

You’ll work with creative, media, content, and digital teams to help activate campaigns, manage timelines, and track performance.  You will report to the Manager of Integrated Marketing.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Help develop 360° brand campaigns across channels including digital, social, email, experiential, and more. 

  • Lead the US efforts for social amplification by Sprout Social and internal advocacy programs.  

  • Be a important liaison between brand leads and internal creative/media teams to manage briefs, assets, and timelines. 

  • Collaborate on campaign planning, asset production, and rollout calendars—ensuring projects stay on time and on brand. 

  • Coordinate campaign deliverables and approvals across partners, including creative, comms, and product marketing. 

  • Help track campaign performance within Google Analytics, Salesforce / Pardot and compiling reports and recaps for other teams. 

  • Maintain brand consistency across channels and help evolve brand guidelines. 

  • Stay up to date on cultural trends, competitor activity, and creative inspiration to inform future campaigns. 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 

  • 1+ years of experience with digital marketing platform execution. 


  • Team player with collaborative and analytical mindset 

 The annual salary range for this position is ($39,000 - $62,962). Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Benefits available with this position include:
