Who are we hiring?

The Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the management of a variety of smaller partner accounts, yet still valuable corporate partners. The Coordinator will manage single-property deals with heavy hospitality and signage-based assets.

The Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, tracking and executing all partnership experiences within their assigned accounts. The Coordinator will also assist in the delivery of marketing programs, events, experiences and/or hospitality that may exist in-arena, in-market or online. This role will also provide administrative support for the team vertical.

What will you do? 

  • Manage deliverable trackers for partner-specific MSGE, MSGS, and Moynihan Train Hall assets. This includes concourse activations, alumni appearances, experiences, hospitality tracking, venue tours/rentals, and signage inventory.
  • Assist Directors & Managers in the planning and/or execution of larger, multi-property accounts.
  • Assist day-to-day responsibilities for their partner roster including status reports, weekly planning calls, budgets, Salesforce, among others
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to help drive client initiatives
  • Support and lead event day activations across the partner landscape ensuring execution is meeting partner and MSG standards (including game nights, concerts, and other events as necessary)
  • Utilize Salesforce to keep partner records up to date
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including distributing meeting notes, handling shipping needs, creating executive one-sheets and activation recaps.
  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.  

What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of strategic consulting or account management experience; particularly in sports or entertainment sector and have knowledge of the national sports and entertainment marketplace
  • Experience owning multiple projects, displaying strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working within a team environment by offering assistance, and supporting team members across the department whenever necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure.

Special Requirements

  • Required to work event nights based on business need.

Pay Range
$60,000$70,000 USD
