About RYZE:
This role is for a creatively restless problem-solver who’s excited to shape a growing CPG brand from the inside. You’ll partner closely with an art director as a creative duo, building campaigns, launches, and brand moments that break through the noise, resonate with audiences, and tune into culture.You get excited to think of big ideas and beyond the brief, but you’re also a doer and can execute. You want to help define and evolve the brand voice, and are obsessed not just with language, but also finding solutions that are thoughtful and deeply rooted in consumer insights. You’re tapped into culture and can bring a unique POV.
You’re a Swiss-army-knife Creative with taste, range, and speed. You can concept ideas for a national campaign, write scripts for an emotional tv spot or a funny social content video, ideate an experiential activation, and stay true to our tone of voice - sometimes all in the same week. You’re curious about new tools (yes, including AI), you’re proactive with coming up with ideas, and you’re energized by brands that move fast and play smart.
**If you have an art director partner that you like working with, let us know! We love established teams, but are happy to do some matchmaking as well.
The Role:
What You’ll DoConcept, write, and execute creative across a wide range of channels:
social, digital, TV, AR, branding, packaging, experiential, print, OOH, and morePartner closely with an art director to develop bold, ownable creative ideas
Turn loose ideas into smart, compelling, consumer-facing campaigns, writing copy that communicates the big idea, is platform-specific, and engages audiences
Translate brand and business strategy into compelling narratives and materials
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Social, and Retail
Push work beyond “expected” while keeping it grounded and executable
Help define, sharpen, and raise the bar for how the brand sounds and feels
Proactively explore and lean into the latest and greatest creative tools and technologies to continue to push the creative boundaries, while making sure efficiency is key
Other duties as assigned.
What We Offer:
What We’re Looking For~5–8+ years of experience as a Copywriter
A portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, strategic insights, and executional range. But more importantly we care about how you think and create, so feel free to also share any side projects, too!
Experience working in an Art Director + Copywriter partnership
Comfort flexing across mediums, from packaging to experiential to campaigns
Familiarity with creative software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office
Curiosity and comfort using AI tools for creative exploration and mockups
Strong versatility in writing styles, storytelling instincts, and attention to detail.
Collaborative by nature. Confident without ego.
Experience with CPG, startups, or fast-growing brands is a plus
