Unity powers some of the most-played games and real-time 3D experiences in the world, and we have a growing story to tell about where the company is headed. Join us as our Corporate Communications Manager and become the owner of how Unity shows up to the financial and business world, week after week, not just once a quarter. You will build and run the relationships, moments, and narrative that keep Unity visible to the market, working closely with our Global Comms Lead, Investor Relations, and Legal to make sure every story we tell is accurate, timely, and compelling. If you love finding a story where others don't see one, and you want a meaningful hand in shaping how a public company talks about itself, we want you to join us.
What you'll be doingOwn an assigned portfolio of corporate communications results, including quarterly earnings, financial guidance announcements, annual reporting, leadership changes, and transactions
Build and maintain relationships with financial and technology media, becoming the go-to contact for reporters and producers who cover Unity's business
Read and translate financial and business documents into clear, compelling narratives that explain Unity's strategy and results to external audiences
Proactively find and develop stories from across the business to showcase Unity’s impact and innovation
Coordinate cross-functional moments such as earnings, partnership announcements, and other major company news
Collaborate with all corporate communications work in coordination with Legal, Investor Relations, and Product Comms respecting disclosure obligations and quiet-period requirements
A track record of corporate or financial communications work, ideally in a public company, agency, or newsroom setting
Established relationships with financial and technology media
Comfort reading and interpreting financial and business documents, such as draft earnings materials
Effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to write in an executive's voice
Comfort operating independently within a regulated, deadline-driven environment
A proactive, curious approach to finding stories rather than only reacting to them
Experience working directly with Investor Relations or Legal teams on public disclosures
Familiarity with the games or technology industry
Experience coaching or preparing executives for public-facing moments
