Business Strategy Director 

We have an opportunity for a Senior Corporate Strategy Director to join our Business Strategy team reporting to the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy. In this role, you will gain a bird’s-eye view of the company and play a key role in identifying opportunities for growth, improving efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution. You will drive ideation, research, analytics, and business planning, owning the development and end-to-end execution of strategic programs. As you deepen your understanding of our products, go-to-market strategy, and operations, you’ll generate data-driven ideas to support innovation and transformation.
 
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams you’ll develop cross-functional strategies, support M&A, and deliver insights to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate gaps in the company and come up with ideas to address them
  • Drive brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders across the company
  • Develop business cases to gain approval and funding to implement ideas
  • Build programs to advance implementation
  • Incubate programs through success milestones
  • Generate ideas continuously for growth and innovation

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • 12+ years of business experience in strategy, corporate development, or strategic consulting
  • Strong experience in the networking, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure industry
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and support M&A, partnerships, or investment opportunities
  • Fluency in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiarity with strategic frameworks 
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to guide leaders toward aligned recommendations
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
  • MBA or equivalent preferred; consulting or advisory background is a strong plus

  • We practice pay transparency and reward performance. Offers reflect role location, internal equity, experience, skills, education, and certifications. Base salary for this position: $153,400 – $236,170 plus bonus or commission.
