C&P Executive Assistant

We are seeking a super star Executive Assistant to work with our creative team, assisting our SVP of Content, Programming & Marketing.
As a member of our team, you will:
- Directly assist all of the administrative needs of the SVP of Content, Programming & Marketing
- Admin responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining the SVP’s calendar, booking conference rooms, setting up meetings, directing calls, booking travel, running errands, shipping, corporate gifting, and taking meeting notes
- Assist in the preparation of materials related to business reviews with major & indie labels
- Assist in the preparation of materials related to industry relations partner updates, label roadshows, department meetings & more
- Pull promotional performance reports for various industry relations partners on an ad hoc basis
- Update documentation & reporting on all Vevo Originals
- Regularly prepare presentations and various internal reports
- Aid in events and on-site talent support as needed
- Help oversee the department-wide intern selection process and serve as an additional resource throughout the internship term
- Assist Content & Programming sub-departments on miscellaneous assignments
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience as an Assistant or Coordinator, preferably in Entertainment or Media
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Keynote is strongly desired
- Strong skills in Excel and all of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experienced in creating corporate decks that align with a company’s branding
- Excellent organizational and proactive problem-solving skills
- Diplomatic communication skills and strong decision-making ability whether in-office or working remotely
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills, including the ability to respond to emails promptly
- Able to work independently and multi-task
- This is a hybrid position - the candidate must be able to work in the NY office 3x a week
- Flexibility with office days - as determined by the SVP of Content, Programming & Marketing week-to-week
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
- Having attended a top college/university's music program a plus - not a prerequisite
